Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico that have an unlimited calling plan can call our local access number in New York.

Local Access Numbers are available in most cities in the United States and all major cities in Canada.  If one is not available, we have a toll-free access number in the continental United States only that costs 1¢ cent more per minute.
