How does this work?
 

Step 1.  Buy using your Visa (credit or debit), MC, Discover or Amex. After you make your purchase, send your name and telephone number to: support@internetglobalphone.com.  IGP will notify you by E-mail when activation is complete.
 
Step 2. To place a dial the local access number in your city.  If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and have an unlimited calling plan, you can call our local access number in New York, 1-212-372-7762. 

Step 3. Enter the destination number you are calling followed by the # sign.

Do you have 1 minute billing increments?

IGP bills in 1 minute increments with no connect fees. This is very important. Phone companies that claim to have the cheapest phone cards with a 1¢-2¢ rate have some undisclosed or hidden charges. If you look at the fine print of these cards, you will discover that most of them are rounding every one of your phone calls by four-minute increments or more. If you only talk for 3 minutes and 59 seconds that would be great. But when you talk for 4 minutes and 1 second, these cards will count your call as having been 8 minutes! IGP has no connect fee and no hidden charges. Other companies like the IDT Penny Talk Phone Card charge a 49¢ connect fee and a 99¢ monthly service fee. IGP has no gimmicks and ZERO fees!  

How do I sign up?

Do calls from cell phones cost the same as calls from land lines?

Yes, there is no difference in price whether you use a residential phone, business phone, or cell phone. The difference in price is completely based on the destination phone. Calling a cell phone in most countries in the world is much more expensive than calling a land line. How do I check my remaining minutes?

When you call the local access number provided to you, the first thing you will hear is a recorded message including the number of minutes remaining on your account.

Is my account rechargeable?

Yes, you can always purchase more minutes through our secure site. After you prepay for more minutes, immediately send an E-mail to support@internetglobalphone.com and let us know you are adding minutes to an existing account and leave your name and number.  This will expedite your recharge.

Are your rates different on nights and weekends?

No, our rates are the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What denominations are available?

You can purchase a plan in increments of $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, $50, or choose one of our truly unlimited calling plans for $99 or $129.
